Preheater is the equipment that preheats corrugated base paper and boxboard paper, and its structure mainly includes preheating roller ,Corrugated base paper and boxboard paper are sent from the base paper rack and the feeder through the paper guide roller. The preheating roller is used to adjust the contact area of base paper and boxboard paper on the preheating roller through the wrapping angle adjusting device, and control the heating time of base paper and boxboard paper to ensure that the base paper and boxboard paper reach a specific temperature and moisture, so that the corrugated base paper can be molded and bonded in a single tile machine.

There are two types of preheating rollers: fixed and rotating. When rotating, the friction force generated by the paper web on the preheating roller sliding on the cylinder surface during operation drives the preheating roller to rotate; The fixed preheating roller is fastened with a support seat or a screw to overcome the friction resistance in the paper web running. Most manufacturers choose the fixed preheating roller, because when the preheating roller is heated by steam, there will be a certain amount of condensed water in the cylinder, and the condensed water will accumulate in the lower part of the roller, while the paper web will pass through the upper part of the roller and be preheated, so the heat transfer effect is good and the heat energy utilization rate is high.
