Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
The driving reducer adpots oil penetration lubrication , reducing noise,universal joint drive and isolating power source.
The guide paper adpots vacuum adsorption, with air volume adjustment device, to maintain the stability of corrugated type in high speed .

1. Cover vacuum suction.
2. Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. Hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear-resistance and long life service.
3. No gear transmission.
4. Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
5. Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.1.Manually regulate or electrically regulate the display device.
6. Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
7.Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
8. Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
